HIVE POWER UP DAY
Today is HIVE POWER UP DAY. Again, I have decided to POWER UP 100 HIVE.
I have some Liquid HIVE in my account right now, which I prepared by exchanging it from TRX or from STEEM that was left in my Steem account last month.
In order to participate in the HIVE POWER UP DAY on the first of every month, we need HIVE (not HIVE POWER), and how to generate it is always a challenge.I can exchange HBD for HIVE, but I also want to increase the balance in my HBD savings account, so I have to bring in funds for POWER UP from outside the blog. In addition, there is my own rule that I should not buy HIVE in yen.
I will somehow prepare HIVE this month for the March 1 HPUD. I don't know how to do that at the moment.
JANUARY REVIEW
Last month I was able to receive a lot of blog writing rewards (for me). I was busy at the beginning of the year so I couldn't post every day, but I have been writing about my plans at HIVE, my family, Splinterlands, and whatever else I wanted.
I like to take pictures, so I mainly post diary-type articles from Liketu, thanks for the big upvote from @liketu account. Also, thank you to the #japanese community for always upvoting and commenting, to my followers, and to @zekepickleman for delegating 500HP to me.
HIVE POWER UP MONTH
In January, I also participated in HIVE POWER UP MONTH. The rules;
- You publish a post and set the payout mode to 100% HIVE.
- Your post must generate a payout to be eligible (i.e. get a few upvotes)
- You can't set someone else as the beneficiary of your post. It is about powering up your account.
- You cannot upvote yourself
I participated in this challenge by basically posting at 100% POWER UP, and on days when I couldn't post (or wasn't sure if I could post), I powered up the Liquid HIVE on my account.
My impression of doing it was... it was just too much work! I felt like I was on deadline every day, and I didn't feel comfortable.
Also, if I post 100% POWER UP, I will not earn HBD, so I will not be able to increase my HBD savings account balance, and if I go the way of power up my HIVE, my Liquid HIVE will run out quickly and I will not be ready for your next HPUD. In the end, I realized that I can't do everything I want to do. So, I will not be participating HPUM in February... but I would like to try again, if I feel up to it, or if I get enough Liquid HIVE in order.
The balance as of December 31 was 1,129 HP, so I know I increased 1,867 HIVE in the last month. Although I think most of that was from the TRX sale.
My next goal is 4,000 HIVE!

HIVE POWER UP DAY
今日はHIVE POWER UP DAYです。今回も100HIVEをPOWER UPしてみました。
私のアカウントには今Liquid HIVEがいくらかありますが、これは先月TRXから交換したり、Steemアカウントに残っていたSTEEMから交換したりして用意したものです。
毎月1日のHIVE POWER UP DAYに参加するためには、HIVE(HIVE POWERじゃないやつ)が必要で、それをどうやって捻出するかが常に課題となります。というのも、日々HIVE.blogに書くことで得られる報酬は、HPとHBDなので… HBDをHIVEに交換するという手もあるけれど、HBD貯蓄口座の残高も増やしていきたいので、 POWER UPのための資金はやっぱりブログ外から持ってこなければなりません。
※ただし、円で買ってはいけないというマイルール有！
3月1日のHPUDに向けて、今月もまたどうにかしてHIVEを用意するつもりです。今のところノーアイデアですが。
1月の振り返り
先月はブログからの報酬を（私にしては）たくさん頂くことができました。年始ということでバタバタした部分もあり毎日投稿とはいきませんでしたが、HIVEでの計画や家族のこと、Splinterlandsのことなど、好きなように書いてきました。
写真を撮るのが好きなので、日記系記事は主にLiketuから投稿、Liketuアカウントからの大きなupvoteにはとにかく感謝です。またいつもupvote、コメントくださる #japanese コミュニティの皆さん、フォロワーの皆さん、そして500HPを期間延長してdelegateしてくださっている @zekepickleman さん、ありがうございます。
HIVE POWER UP MONTH
1月はHIVE POWER UP MONTHにも参加しました。HIVE POWER UP MONTHのルールはざっくり説明すると、
•100%POWER UPでブログ記事を投稿する
•1日1HIVE以上をPOWER UPする
このいずれか、または両方を1ヶ月の間毎日継続できれば達成となります。
私は基本的には100% POWER UPで投稿することとし、投稿できない（投稿できるか分からない）日には、アカウントのLiquid HIVEをパワーアップするという方法でこのチャレンジに参加しました。
やってみた感想は・・・とにかく大変でした！毎日締め切りに追われているようで、気持ちが落ち着きませんでした。
また、100%POWER UPで投稿するとHBDが貯まらないので貯蓄口座の残高を増やせず、HIVEをPOWER UPする方法でいくとLiquid HIVEがすぐになくなってしまって次のHPUDの準備に差し支えます。結局、あれもこれも全部！というわけにはいかないんですよね。というわけで、2月はHPUMには参加しない方向です… でも、気が向いたら、またはLiquid HIVEに余裕ができたら、またトライしてみたいです。
ちなみに計算したところ、12月31日時点の残高が1,129HPだったので、先月は1ヶ月間で1,867HIVE増やせたことになります。TRX売却分がほとんどだとは思いますが。
次の目標は4,000HIVEです！
